Production Operative

Salary: £26,000 per year

Our client is a successful Preston-based manufacturer. We are helping them to find an efficient and reliable Production Operative/Kit Assembler to join their busy production team.

Responsibilities include working on the day-to-day operation of the production process and working to deadlines, whilst at all times maintaining strict quality standards and adhering to all safety guidelines. Keeping a tidy and organised work environment is necessary and strictly following company procedures is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

· Reporting on potential issues or setbacks

· Controlling quality of work and performing quality checks

· Upholding workshop procedures

· Work to deadlines without ever cutting corners on quality

Skills Required:

* Working with power and hand tools

* Working to deadlines

* Work well under pressure

40 hrs per week, 8am – 5pm. Overtime occasionally available when required.
