Salary: £30,000 – £34,200 per year

Salary: £25,000 – £28,500 (depending on experience)

Type: Full time, permanent position, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday

Are you obsessed with providing a high level of customer care? Do you have strong social and interpersonal skills? Our client based in Bracknell is looking for a confident communicator to join their Customer Relations team. For this role, you will have previously dealt with escalated complaints within an allocated timescale and handling constructive feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and respond to customer feedback, complaints, and compliments
• Building and maintain working relationships with clients
• Analysing and reporting on feedback data
• Suggesting and implementing process improvements following customer feedback
• Social media’s point of contact
