Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client, the UK’s largest supplier of warm water underfloor heating systems to the domestic market is looking for a Customer Support candidate to join their customer services team. The successful candidate will:
* Undertake diary management of the 4 Field Engineers
* This diary management will involve scheduling their time in geographical areas so customer’s needs are met and their time is used effectively. This will include managing routes and locations.
* Be highly organised
* Deal with customers who call in to book in the commissioning of their heat pumps
* Be confident, personal and professional over the phone
* Be happy speaking to a variety of people and be able to adapt your approach accordingly.
* Be IT literate.
Training: Full training will be provided with genuine career progression opportunities.
Hours: part-time, 20-25 hours per week.
Salary: £26,000per yearon a full-time basis.
