The Client
With an exciting Westminster project currently under way, our client is looking for a time served Electrical Site Manager to join their London team. Our client provide sustainable energy solutions to their customers and are open to reviewing CV’s from North-West based applicants as the Westminster projects finish date will be March 20222.
The Role and its Responsibilities

* Managing BMS and lighting contractors
* Lighting replacemts
* Changing controls, BMS panels
* Overall management of the site
* Managing time and budgets of works
* Inspections of electrical installations and site
* Checking and final sign off of installations
* Organizing of site teams and toolbox talks
* Recording works for reports
* Accident monitoring and documenting and managing risk assessments
* Ensuring adherence of H&S regulatory standards
* Attending meetings on projects
* Management of sub-contractors
* Improving services to ensure effective results for the project
* Oversee site resources and sub-contractors to maximise project results
The Individual
This project will be fast paced and working on mulitple buildings so a suitable candidate will have to be able to take charge of the project competently and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
* Electrically qualified
* SSSTS/SMTS
* Up to date knowledge of H&S legislations
* Literate and IT skilled
Salary and Package
This is a permanent role offering an attractive package of up to £60,000 and as our client is open to recruiting an individual from the North-West, accommodation will be fully paid for in this instance.
