Salary: £42 – £45.6 per hour

Social Worker |  Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Project | Reading Borough Council

We are looking for a Social Worker with current Social Work experience to join a busy front door Social Work team.

You will be part of dedicated Adult Social Care Review Team and will be required undertake mostly face to face reviews, a small proportion of these will be out of borough. 

To be considered, you must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in Social Work, Social Work Degree or equivalent) as well as at least 3 years post qualified experience working as a Qualified Social Worker within a similar team.
