The Company
Goodall Brazier has been retained to source a high calibre Project Manager.
Our client is a leading construction business that specialises in the design and build of industrial and agricultural buildings. In the last 3 years the business has trebled in size and due to expansion they are looking for a Project Manager to run £6 million worth of projects.
The Role
* Full operational responsibility of £6 million worth of contracts
* Reporting directly to MD
* Autonomous role
* This is a succession planning opportunity to become a Director of the business
* Ensuring all projects are completed on time and to budget
* Project size ranges from £200k – £1.5m
* Managing up to 8 projects at once
Person Specification
* Experienced of running turnkey project in industrial sector i.e warehouses, agricultural buildings and waste to energy
* Experience of structural steel and cladding packages
* Ideally be degree educated
* Proven track record in successful project delivery
