SAP Fico Business Analyst

SAP FI/CO Business Analyst needed for a permanent position based in Shanghai for a global manufacturing client.

Responsibilities
*Effectively and proactively communicate with business to understand and document business requirements and processes within finance and controlling.
*Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and system, driving business process simplification & standardization by leveraging the industry best practices.
*Perform design activities and create functional specifications.
*Perform functional configuration/customization in SAP accordingly, organize & perform the UAT test, lead build, test, and deployment activities.
*Interface to other systems as required.
*Resolve assigned (functional) support tickets within FI/CO.
*Work as project leader in FI/CO work stream managing internal & external resources (key users & external consultant), and control the project timeline.
*Travel to sites around China (and possibly abroad) up to 50% (expected around 30%).

Desired Experience:
*5+ years’ SAP FICO experience with strong process understanding and full lifecycle implementation project experience.
*Strong knowledge on SAP FI/CO modules, including configuration. Knowledge on ABAP or SAP logistic modules is highly beneficial.
*Supported at least 2 SAP implementations through the entire end to end within SAP FI/CO.
*Extensive experience of project methodology including planning, testing and documentation standards.
*Experience providing technical and functional training courses.
*Project management and leadership skills.
*Fluent English and Chinese/Mandarin language skills.
