A Global leading Facilities Management company are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team in an area that suits you best.

The role of the Project Manager will be:

• responsible for delivering a variety of Project Works on their customers sites in the area.
• Have full accountability and responsibility for managing and delivery of multiple Project works ranging in values from £20,000 – £2,000,000.
• Delivery of a variety of project work opportunities from within the TFM contract
• Consult with key clients and their stakeholders on project requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor.
• Work with the client to clearly define their brief and develop and agree their Employers Requirements.
• Work with consultants, specialists, designers, and sub-contractors (as required) to define and document clear and concise scope(s) of work(s) under an Activity Schedule.
• Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project outcomes and business case. This is to be within agreed budget requirements, risk profile, and satisfy business objectives in terms of profitability.
• Work with commercial colleagues in collaboration in ensuring detailed and compliant tender process, outcomes and presentations are in place for their onward governance.

Building Relationships:

• Build strong effective working relationships with our clients, customers, and site teams.
• Affective management of supply partners in compliance with procurement
• Close collaboration with all internal support functions, to ensure they are affectively undertaking core duties and providing necessary outputs

Commercial Awareness:

• Ensure understanding is place of the project level commercials, i.e., costs and revenue for each project
• Ensure that all financial objectives are met in terms of contribution of margin
• Value all sub-contractor accounts and ensure reflective agreements are in place to cover cost commitments.
• Ensure the projects are commercially viable and satisfy the commercial terms of the contract.
• Ensure all projects are managed through Company policies and procedures in relation to commercial activities.

Experience needed for the Project Manager role:

• Minimum of 2 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment
• End to end project management experience being responsible for development through to completion.

Qualifications:

• CDM awareness
• Recognised technical qualification in management, construction, Mechanical / Electrical or similar.
• Business standard of written and verbal literacy and numeracy.
