Traffic Signal Installation Engineers
Our high Technology Client now seeks experienced Traffic Signal Installation Engineers to provide the installation of cabling and traffic signal equipment / infrastructure and assets on the London Network.
Responsibilities:
• Installation of cables and electronic equipment associated with Traffic Signals, OVDS, and VMS systems and ensure all equipment is installed in the correct location as per the latest Site Layout Diagram.
• Carry out the required cable tests (core to core etc) and electrical insulation and earth tests as required to ensure that the system is ready for the electrical supply connection
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
• Installation and testing of electrical / electronic equipment
• Experience of working on Low and Extra Low voltage equipment
• Experienced in the installation of cables through ducts and working with Civil Engineers on site installations
• Understand the Requirements of 17th Edition Regulations
• Knowledge of traffic related equipment
• Full Driving Licence
