Role: Junior copywriter/marketing assistant

Location: Leicester

Salary: £26,000per year

The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to progress their career with a successful creative business. You may be a Graduate or someone with a couple of years industry experience, however it’s essential you have excellent copywriting and organisational skills as well as a passion for digital.

The Person:

You should have a solid working knowledge of SEO and ideally experience of Google Analytics and Social Media Management tools. This is a very hands-on role, which requires a highly organised and proactive attitude as you will also assist with the management of a variety of creative and marketing projects. You should have fantastic communications skills, as you will be liaising with internal teams, suppliers and clients.

Requirements:

– English Language / Creative Writing Degree or similar
– Proven ability of copywriting experience for both print and digital
– Experience of SEO and ideally Google Analytics
– Ability to produce long and short copy for both technical and creative content
– Great organisational skills demonstrating the ability to manage projects
– Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Preferred but not essential: Experience with HTML, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite (or similar)
– Highly motivated with a positive attitude
– Enjoy working as part of a team but with the ability to work on your own initiative
– Flexible and proactive
