Salary: £27,600 – £30,000 per year
My client, a local housing contractor is actively recruiting for a multi-trade operative to carry out day to day responsive maintenance as well as planned programmed works for a handful of clients on framework agreements.
The role comes with a van & fuel card, working on an initial 3 month contract before going on to the books directly.
The right candidate will have a diverse trade`s background ideally with Carpentry as a primary trade.
Experience of working for an association is desirable not essential, however candidates will work off a tablet to receive and log jobs orders.
Daily duties will include:
– Plumbing
– Carpentry
– Tiling
– Patch Plastering
