Senior Field Sales Consultant

Salary: £31,440 – £36,240 per year

My client is recruiting for a Senior Field Sales Consultants to join their successful, growing team. You will be joining a company with a great culture and rewards, who have a passion for their staff and mental health awareness. This is a remote role covering Leeds/Yorkshire so ideally, you will be based in this area.

You will the face of the company generating leads, driving sales and doubling your base salary with unrivalled commission. Someone who is easy to talk to, great relationship building skills and ideally experience in the health and beauty industry.

There is a fully comprehensive training and onboarding program so you can go out and hit the ground running, armed to the elbows with all the knowledge you need to truly excel in your new role. The commission structure means that you can be earning top commission by month 2 or 3.

Responsibilities

• Business prospecting & qualifying leads
• Meeting with new customers
• Pipeline management
• Customer evaluation and procurement
• Closing sales; agreeing price plans and payments
• Sales process management
• Be responsible and accountable for meeting targets
• Giving feedback to management
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions

Skills required

• A positive, can do attitude with a proactive approach to new business
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication and people skills
• Confidence, motivation, determination with the capacity for working independently while effectively managing your diary
• Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets as well as effective social media use to business development
