Salary: £26,000 – £32,760 per year
1four1 are looking for Care Assistants to join our busy care team in support of local Hospitals in Sussex and Surrey caring for patients with their care needs and requirements. We have multiple shifts and locations available for Care Assistants with immediate starts.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CARE ASSISTANT
* Care Assistants to ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting patients, when required with personal care.
* Provide for people’s care needs with compassion and understanding ensuring that patients retain their dignity and comfort at all times.
* Genuine interest in working within a caring environment as a Care Assistant.
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients and work colleagues.
* Observe care planning needs for patients.
* Team Player
Hours for Care Assistants: We have varied hours, which are full-time, part-time, flexible days shifts, night shifts and weekends. Some shifts for Care Assistants can be tailored to hours to suit where possible.
