Our client is looking for a fitness manager for a leading fitness center in Swansea.
Job Description
- To maximize sales, retention and income generation and to effectively increase number of live members.
- To achieve a 2% YOY improvement on retention.
- To increase Fitness user numbers at the center through the fitness facilities and group exercise programs
- Develop a fitness personality within the Gym, be a visible and recognizable fitness icon
- To manage, develop and motivate the fitness team on both the gym floor and group exercise timetable
- To be responsible for the day to day management and running of the Gym and group exercise studios to the highest standard
- To ensure every member has the best experience including a 4 step interaction program on joining the facilities
- To be a proactive member of the Centre’s management team
We want someone with multiple fitness qualification, who lives and breaths fitness & loves helping people to achieve their goals of becoming a fitter and healthier person!
Are you someone who can lead and inspire a dedicated team to achieve their goals in helping people?
You’ll be working in a state of the art, city centre fitness facility has a two level 180 station gym with a group exercise timetable of more than 80 classes per week, free weights and a functional training area, separate functional fitness rig, a WOW (women only workout) area, 2 group exercise studios and a brand new top of the range spin studio.
The center also consists of relaxing spa with treatment rooms as well as sports and event facilities and wales best waterpark!
Hours: 40hrs a week – Monday to Sunday – Rota Basis
Salary £36,000 plus discretionary performance related bonus and the opportunity to deliver classes.
