Export Administrator / Warehouse Operative

Our client in Highbridge is looking for a new Distribution Operative to join their company due to a member of staff retiring. You will be liaising with other departments to ensure all dispatches can be achieved. This role is vital to the clients operation therefore the successful candidate would be expected to work overtime. Working hours are Monday � Friday 8am to 5:30pm although flexibility will be required.
Duties include:
� Ensuring all products are finished to a high standard before dispatch
� Liaising with Logistics Providers
� Operating and loading of all vehicles using a Counterbalance FLT
� Providing accurate logistics information to the Customer Services Department
� Ensuring all export compliance documentation is completed for dispatches

The successful candidate will have:
� Flexibility for overtime until the days orders are all completed & dispatched
� Knowledge on Export Compliance & SAP (Previous training preferred)
� FLT Licence (Counterbalance) � additional Combi Licence preferred
� Knowledge of General Domestic, European & International Logistics
� Ability to meet deadlines and make the correct decisions
� Pallet Network Knowledge
