Our Client, a large hotel and restaurant are looking for an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie to join their expanding brigade. Set in the stunning Essex countryside, this venue remains busy all year-round.
Using locally sourced ingredients, this establishment caters for weddings, events and functions and is a favourite for tourists and locals alike. The current team are looking for an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie to join their brigade. The successful Demi Chef de Partie must be NVQ or equivalent qualified.
