Salary: £28,800 – £36,000 per year
Our client, based in the heart of the city, is looking for a solicitor to join their Residential Conveyancing department. Ideally you will have around one years PQE in a similar role, or have worked in a Residential Conveyancing department in a different role and have either recently graduated university or are qualified by experience. This is a well-established law firm which is constantly growing. Applications will be considered from legal executives, licensed conveyancers and qualified solicitors.
Duties will be:
Handling a caseload once instruction has been received
Deal with all the sales and purchase matters up to completion
Providing quality legal advice and managing their own caseload
Re-mortgage and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties
You will be working as part of a close knit team
Achieve fee income targets to ensure profitable working
Achieve completion targets
What we are looking for:
Either a newly qualified solicitor
Or minimum of 1 year PQE with relevant experience
Qualified by experience
Team player
Professional
Articulate
