Cleaning / Hospitality (Front of House) Assessor – Based in Stafford, to cover Staffordshire

Are you an experienced Cleaning / Hospitality (Front of House) Assessor looking for a new challenge with a sector specialist Provider?

Our client is a successful National Training Organisation, who delivers high quality work based training programmes to individuals across the UK. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Cleaning / Hospitality Assessor to cover Staffordshire.

Salary: £26,000 – £26,400per year+ Excellent Company Benefits Package!

The successful Assessor will be home based and be responsible for the training, assessment and support of a caseload of learners undertaking Apprenticeships in Cleaning and Hospitality (Front of House), and to ensure the timely and accurate completions in line with company procedures and timescales.

Location: Staffordshire

Duties include:

Delivering full Apprenticeship frameworks including Functional Skills (Maths / English / ICT), Tech Cert, ERR & PLTS
Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeship/QCF qualifications in Cleaning and Hospitality (Front of House)
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted
Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress
Support, advise and motivate learners
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs

Essential Criteria:

Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA
Experience of delivering full framework Apprenticeships in Cleaning / Hospitality with Key Skills or Functional Skills
Must be a qualified/experienced Work Based Assessor
Must hold a minimum of 3 years occupational experience in Cleaning with BICS and / or COSHH Training
The ability to hit the ground running with a full caseload
Excellent achievement rates
Organisational skills are a must
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle
