Continuous Improvement / Process Manager

Our client, an established company within the fenestration industry, who is an organisation which gives a commitment to make things happen, is currently looking to appoint a Continuous Improvement/ Process Manager

As Continuous Improvement/ Process Manager you will need to assess the effectiveness of current business and production processes, being able to identify areas of opportunity for improvement, develop and drive the delivery of improvement project plans in order to realise demonstrable, sustainable business benefit. Efficiency, waste reduction, cost reduction, quality performance, customer satisfaction and improved EH&S are all key deliverables for this role.

Responsibilities will include:

•Observe all existing EH&S policies and procedures, ensuring that EH&S the first thing considering when delivering any project.

•Act as an agent for change by leading and managing continuous improvement processes whilst instilling a culture of accountability.

•Lead continuous improvement events resulting in employee skill and knowledge development at the same time as delivering the KPI improvement.

•Lead problem solving efforts to improve quality and eliminate waste in all areas throughout the manufacturing areas. Instil a hands on systematic approach to problem solving. Incorporate root cause analysis and verification that permanent corrective actions have been implemented that are sustainable.

•Be the “go to” technical support for process improvement and structured problem solving techniques.
