Qualified Acca Accountant

Salary: £36 – £54 per hour

An opportunity has arisen to join this well known charity ona temporary basis to help the FInance Director get up to date before the end of year accounts are finalised. This may be extended beyond 4 weeks if this suits both parties.
The successful candidate must be:
* Qualified ACCA accountant
* Available for an immediate start
* Experienced in Statutory accounts
* Excellent organisational skill with methodical approach to getting through a high volume of work, at pace with accuracy and attention to detail
* Good communication skills to non-financial staff
* Dedication to resolving unsupported systems/processes
* Ability to work on own initiative whilst also working closely with FD to ensure imminent deadlines are met
Your duties will include:
* Completion of year end schedules for Audit
* Preparation of Statutory Accounts from scratch (knowledge of charity accounts advantageous but not essential)
* Reconciling Control Accounts
