QUALITY ASSURANCE AUDITOR – NIGHTS

Contract Type: Full-time
Contract Shift Pattern/ Time: Rota – 4 on 3 off, 4 on 3 off, 4 on 2 off, 18:30 – 05:00
Rate: £13.97 per hour
Location: Atherstone, CV9 1LQ

• Sampling, testing, auditing, and monitoring to verify the safe and compliant manufacturing of processes, procedures, and products
• Conducting verification checks to ensure equipment is properly calibrated according to required standards.
• Completing all necessary documentation accurately and promptly, ensuring it is readily available for internal and external audits and highlighting when non-conformance requires corrective action.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with the operations team and other relevant functions, keeping them informed about quality assurance activities, results, and trends.
• Collecting relevant samples in adherence to procedures and protocols to ensure the quality, safety, and legality of the sampled products.
• Providing education and training to operational staff and other teams to ensure compliance with relevant technical standards.
• Ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, meeting or exceeding the safety, health, and environmental policy’s set standards.

• Health & Safety Level 2
• Food Hygiene Level 2
• CCP training including HACCP principles for Manufacturing Unit
• Allergen Awareness
• Microbiological Awareness
• Has a keen eye for detail and can demonstrate working in a safe manner and to good H&S practices
• Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
