Area Retail Manager

AREA RETAIL MANAGER required for a successful UK based retail company. Salary is circa £34,500 plus bonus, salary OTE C £41,400 company car, fuel card and pension.

THE ROLE

As the Area Retail Manager you will be reporting into the Regional Manager and you will be responsible for a range of activities to include the following:-
• Working in a field based role within the Leeds, Rotherham, Sheffield area
• Line management responsibility for a number of stores
• Maximising profitability and implementing company strategy and standards
• Controlling costs in line with budgets
• Coaching and development of Store Management teams
• Driving excellence in customer service

YOU
Successful Area Manager applicants will have previous experience within a similar role. You will have demonstrable success within the management of teams within a retail environment and sales success. You will be able to demonstrate impeccable leadership skills and show how you have made a difference in your career history.

This role is commutable from Leeds, Sheffield, Hull, Wakefield, Doncaster and York
