Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30,000 – £54,000 per year

GPS Recruitment are Construction, Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment specialists. Due to continued growth we are looking for experienced Consultants/Managers who are tired of adhering to KPI’s. GPS are looking for self-motivated 360 recruiters wanting autonomy and the opportunity to progress.

Key Requirements:

• Self-motivated who want autonomy to build up a warm desk with the realistic chance to earn not only a good salary but excellent commission
• Flexibility as the level of this role is not your normal 9-5 role.
• Ideally you will be a natural sales person with a proven history in delivering results
• You will have a proven history in forming lasting relationships with Clients
• Whilst training is provided you will be expected to hit the ground running and have a proven track record of target achievement.
• Salary is negotiable on experience with the an achievable uncapped commission structure.
