We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Booking Consultant to join our busy, fast paced and fun team in our growing Aylesbury branch.

The role:

Supporting the NHS trusts you manage you client and candidate expectations through developing and maintaining strong relationships. You will communicate with your candidates who are Doctors, on a weekly basis and proactively place them onto the right shifts.

• Daily communication with both clients and candidates to ensure all bookings are correct.
• Taking full and correct details of all shifts from clients.
• Identifying and placing the correct candidates into shifts.
• Sell opportunities to your candidates.
• Updating weekly candidate availability to ensure an accurate standby list each day.
• Developing and maintaining good communication links and working relationships with
your candidates.
• Maintaining a customer-focused attitude towards duties and responsibilities, to ensure that at all times the needs of your clients are identified and met.
• Process weekly timesheets.
• Make cold client calls when required.
• Work as a team to help with all incoming calls and enquiries

About you:

• Ideally either working in a administration or customer service role.
• Excellent communicator, rapport and relationship builder
• Highly organised and has strong time management skills
• Self motivated and enthusiastic
• Flexible
• Efficient in MS Office
