IT Technician Apprenticeship

With no previous experience needed Apprenticeships are a popular choice for young adults aged 16-18* looking for on-the-job training and the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification whilst earning a wage.

Pre-apprenticeship
Delivered from our training centre in Sandwich the Pre-Apprenticeship is a 6 week classroom based course which will give you the employability skills needed to work towards your future goals. The pre-apprenticeship is used to get you work ready for your work placement and assist you in being successful in your Apprenticeship placement. The Training will cover, Employability, Customer Services, Functional Skills, Sector Skills, Budgeting, Confidence and Communication.

Where will you work?
On completion of the Pre-Apprenticeship we will do all the hard work and find your Apprenticeship work placement for you. As an apprentice you will work for one of our clients in a full time office based role such as Office Assistant, Administrator, Receptionist, Finance Assistant and Clerical Assistant, Social Media, Recruitment. Your exact duties will depend on your employer.

The benefits of completing an apprenticeship:
– Minimum of 12 months relevant work experience.
– NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business & Administration.
– Functional Skills in Maths, English & ICT.
– A minimum wage of £120 per week (£2.73 per hour) plus travel expenses.
– Potential for sustained employment.

Qualifications Required
All successful candidates will be committed, motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking and willing to learn. No previous work experience is needed.
