Code Red Associates & 360 Recruitment are driven Recruitment Consultancies based in Nottingham targeting incredible growth. We are currently recruiting for an Internal Recruitment & Training Manager for the group to play an integral role in helping us achieve our exciting and ambitious plans by selling our companies to potential employees and training them how to succeed.

As Internal Recruitment & Training Manager you will be tasked with the successful attraction, recruitment and training of talented & qualified professionals into the businesses on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for devising the internal recruitment strategy & recruitment process, the execution of the sourcing & recruiting campaign, and the training & development of new hires.

You will play a key role in the creation, maintenance and development of a profitable, productive, dynamic and fast-paced sales environment with a target driven, proactive, knowledgeable, consultative and dynamic hunter-style environment based on rapid delivery and consultancy. In your training capacity, you will also steer, guide and mentor the consultants under your supervision to help them maximise their potential, their own revenue generation, consistency of billing and the subsequent migration of line management responsibility to the Sales Manager.

Essential

– A successful sales and new business development track record within the recruitment industry.

– Commercially orientated and driven by success & achieving targets

– Ability to build and grow talent networks.

– Ability to develop clear talent acquisition strategies that include modern marketing techniques and social media channels.

– Proven ability assessing candidates against strict benchmarking criteria.

– A proven track record in developing talent either in a managerial or training capacity

– Experience developing & delivering modern training programmes.

– Being very IT literate, you will have experience working with and training other in recruitment industry systems and processes. 

Desirable

– A successful background in both external and internal recruitment.

– Specific experience working with and training users in industry standard Recruitment CRM software such as Bond Adapt, Bullhorn, RDB ProNet, or similar.

As an individual you will have a credible track record in recruitment, sales and new business development. You will be positive, engaging, hands on, and lead by example. With both excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will also be intelligent, influential and articulate with impressive interpersonal skills. Whilst the role is based at our head office in Nottingham, there will be ad-hoc travel required as part of the role so a driving license and personal transport is essential.
