Impact Recruitment are working with a leading Web Design Agency based in Kettering. This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Marketing Specialist to work across a range of projects, in numerous aspects of online marketing for various clients in different industries. This role is perfect for a recent graduate, or someone looking to take their first steps in Digital Marketing. There is fantastic opportunity for future development and progression, with access to a mentor programme and specific goal-oriented training.

Key responsibilities and duties of the Junior Marketing Specialist:

• Manage a range of technical SEO clients on a monthly basis.
• Create SEO-friendly content for websites and blogs and implement effective strategy.
• Create and manage social media campaigns.
• Create strategic plans for SEO, copywriting, and social media purposes.
• Set up and run Google Ad campaigns.
• Manage PPC campaigns, reporting, and other analyses.

Key characteristics required for the Junior Marketing Specialist:

• Enthusiasm and passion for digital marketing.
• Confident approach when speaking to current and potential clients in person and over the phone.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organisation skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Specific skills and experience:

• Understanding of SEO and factors which influence high rankings.
• Basic structure of a website and its relevance to SEO.
• Experience using Google Analytics and other tools to implement successful strategy.
