Property Manager – Feltham, Isleworth & Twickenham Area

The Role
As a part of a dynamic and motivated team the role of Property Manager is to comprehensively and professionally manage a portfolio of residential properties, consistently providing excellent customer service to our Customers and Clients
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and clients
• Manage a team of site based staff
• Supervise the generation and presentation of service charge accounts
What we’re looking for:
• An understanding of the principle aspects of managing residential property, including The Landlord and Tenants Act, Health and Safety and managing Major Works
• Experience of delivering a service within budget combined with a good understanding of financial management
• Previous block management experience is essential
• Ability to effectively chair meetings with a number of key stakeholders
• Ability to organise and prioritise own work load to ensure tight deadlines are met
• Good knowledge and experience of MS Office packages e.g. Word, Excel
• Strong team player
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer Service & Customer Focus skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Confident & collaborative
What you’ll get:
• Salary circa £36,000per annum depending on experience
