Due to the alarming growth over the last 2 years they are looking for a passionate, driven and energetic individual to join their team as a Shipping Coordinator.

Description

As the Shipping Coordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Working with the Warehouse/Buying/Merch/Marketing internal and external teams.
• Monitoring, reviewing and uploading packing lists
• Amending data such as barcodes for suppliers and ensuring suppliers follow manual
• Liasing with Freight Forwarders and Shippers
• Managing Shipments and raising/tracking supplier fines
• Marking stock as received in the system
• General Admin duties to support Internal and External Teams

Profile

The successful Shipping Coordinator will have and show the following skills:

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent (Preferred)
• Understanding of Market – Retail, ecommerce or fast moving business
• Strong Excel Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Analytical and Numerical
• Ability to work in a Team
• Commercial Knowledge
