Salary: £360 – £420 per day
We are looking for an Interim Care Consultant to support an elderly care provider. You will be required to deliver an improvement plan and address a number of key improvement areas within this service.
The home is a nursing and residential home for the elderly so previous experience of an elderly nursing service is a must.
You will have a track record of delivering desirable outcomes in line with the KPI’s set within this assignment, some of which are:
– Achieving improvements and good outcomes with CQC
– Reducing use of agency staff
– Mentoring and coaching the manager and their team
We would expect you to have strong experience with quality and governance and delivering consistent results. Ideally you will be a qualified nurse but we will consider non clinical applicants who have experience of working with clinical services and requirements.
