Salary: £30 per hour
Electrical Estimator / Trainee Contracts Manager required with experience of refurbishment and new build electrical installation projects mainly within the commercial and industrial sectors such as offices, hotels and warehouses.
The Electrical Estimator / Trainee Contracts Manager should have some experience with delivering electrical projects from initial enquiry to handover; typical projects are refurbishment works on commercial heating systems, ventilation systems, plumbing services and building control systems.
The role of the Electrical Estimator / Trainee Contracts Manager will be based mainly from the office in Hertfordshire with regular meetings on site, normally London, previous experience with contract management or tendering will be seen as a distinct advantage.
You must have formal electrical qualifications to be considered for the position, ideally you with hold 17th Edition, 2391, 2394 or 2395 Test & Inspection and 2330 or 2360 part 1 & 2 Electrical Installation.
The role would suit a qualified electrician looking to come off the tools and into an office based management position.

Amendments or variations to existing contracts
Regular contact with customers to keep them updated on project milestones
Complete NICEIC Certification
Electrical Estimator / Trainee Contracts Manager Position Requirements
Electrical estimating experience and knowledge Emergency lighting, Structured wiring or Electrical servicing and maintenance.
Produce tenders/quotations from Architects drawings and specifications
Knowledge of AutoCad and other forms of estimating software
