Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Full time
Position: Hot desk with multiple jobs to work immediately.
Location: Locks Heath, Hampshire
Salary: £26,000 per yearupwards plus up to 20% commission + Excellent Benefits(OTE – £26,000 per year)
Hours: 8-4pm – Monday to Friday (30 min lunch break)

We offer support for Care Homes and Mental Health Hospitals support with their recruitment of Nurse and Care Assistants on a permanent basis across the whole of the UK.
We are so lucky to work with many clients and can make sure you are able to hit the ground running, with no cold calling and a hot desk to get you started!
Smartcall are open to speaking with experience and non-experienced candidates as we have all of the tools in place to teach you and grow your development into a fantastic team member!
Requirements:
· Previous sales experience with some negotiation skills is desirable but not essential
· Tenacious personality with excellent communication and organisation skills
· Entrepreneurial mindset to lead and develop your desk.
Job overview:
• Working Monday to Friday in a fast-paced office environment as part of a team within one of our specialist sectors within the medical and healthcare market.
* This is a 360 Recruitment role!
• Carrying out targeted business development and account management calls to clients in our business portfolio, our clients.
• Screening and shortlisting professional candidates over the telephone and in person to assess suitability for positions and advise them of opportunities available.
• Providing consultation and liaising with clients to organise interviews and candidate bookings within tight deadlines, completing all necessary administration.
