An established specialist subcontract manufacture of low volume, high value components and assemblies for a prestigious and growing client base in various industry sectors such as Marine, Aerospace and Oil & Gas.

Job Profile

You will be working alongside a highly skilled team of other Welders and Fabricator in a busy yet relaxed working environment where you will be given lots of autonomy but equally supported by approachable management with ongoing training and development offered.

Duties

• Welding and fabricating various assemblies using Mig and Tig welding
• One off project work
• Attention to detail is a must

• Able to read and work from fabrication drawings
• Knowledge of and respect for current Health & Safety requirements
• Must be able to work to deadlines.
• Reliability is essential

Skills & Experience

• of Mig and Tig welding
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Ideally over 5 years of working in a engineering workshop

Hours & Benefits

• 38 hrs per week
• 08.00 – 16.30 Monday – Thursday, Friday16.00 finish
• Lots of overtime available x1.5hrs
• £19.2 – £21.6 p/hr
