Salary: £15.6 per hour
Immediately available School Site Manager required for a primary Academy in Tamworth for a 6-8 week period, to cover sickness.
Reporting to the Head Teacher, you must have previous school experience in managing the security and maintenance of the building.
Overseeing a team of three cleaners, you will ensure the school is opened, conduct daily Health & Safety checks, legionella testing and ensure the site is safe and secure for all staff and children. Hours of work are 6am – 2.30pm, 37 hour working week, with flexible shifts at 7.30 am – 4.00pm.
You will be Grade 2 or 3 level, with a good grasp of IT, as you will be raising reports for the Head Teacher. Excellent personal skills are essential for you will be the face of the school to all staff representing H&S critical issues. You must hold a current Enhanced DBS check for this role. There is potential for the position to be extended.
