Based at the Head office in Crayford, Kent.
Reporting Line:
Reporting to the Commercial Director.
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join our expanding Construction / FM Company.
Through continued success built on our reputation and impeccable service, we have evolved to become one of the key contractors for Carillion, Vinci. Co-op, Barclays Banks and many other retail stores.
As an Estimator your role will involve pricing projects ranging from £500 to £100,000.
The main duties of the Estimator include:
Responsible for producing quotations from information supplied by Engineers and Sub Contractors in all formats such as emails, photos, hard copies and verbal information.
Producing quotations from our bespoke software
Essential qualities of the Estimator include:
Knowledge of the Construction and FM and industry
IT literate with experience in MS Word and Excel
Understanding of P & L / Margins
The hours of work are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
