Proposition Manager – Retail

This is a B2C focussed Proposition Manager role within a retail environment. The successful candidate will join a propositions team and be responsible for: management and development of a proposition portfolio, identifying new market opportunities, targeting customer sectors, analysis of market trends, producing business cases, launching propositions and taking ownership of product plans.

To be considered for this role several years’ experience within the following areas is expected:

• Proposition Management/Product Management/Marcoms within a fast moving industry such as Retail, banking, finance, telecoms or utilities
• Customer acquisition via e-mail, direct marketing, outbound calling and other routes
• Working with focus groups to assist with proposition decisions
• Customer insight and Analysis
• Commercial awareness, understanding budgets/P&L
• Developing compelling business cases
• Business to consumer experience (preferred)
