Graduate Pr Account Assistant

High Meadow Recruitment is an agency acting on behalf of this PR and Communications agency to introduce a talented and dynamic Graduate PR Account Assistant.

Ideally you will have an classical degree (English or History based) and will be able to demonstrate a natural flair for communicating in the spoken and written form. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, creative, professional team in the start of your PR career.

Duties:

Liaising on a daily basis with clients and the media, often via telephone and email;
Relationship building and networking with stakeholders, clients and the media;
Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs, for opportunities for clients;
Working as part of an account team to develop client proposals and implement the PR activity;
Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;
“selling in” news stories and features to the media
Collating, analysing and evaluating media coverage;
Assisting with event management, including press conferences and promotional events;
Attending and promoting client events to the media;
Assisting with the production of copy for publications, such as in-house magazines, brochures etc.
Social media activity for company and client profiles
Blog writing for clients and company websites
Assisting with the design and delivery of company e-newsletters
Design and imagery creation for proposals, documents and social media
Image collation and editing
