Salary: £36,000 – £38,400 per year
This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your career with a very large well known FTSE 250 FM Outsourcing Business.
The role is for a mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to cover the M3/M4 corridor area (Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire area) working on commercial facilities across the company’s contracts. The focus will be to carry out planned and reactive gas maintenance required for HVAC contracts.
The main duties will be as follows:
To safely and efficiently install, maintain and repair plant and equipment
Carry out diagnostic and fault finding
Carry out routine servicing and commissioning to plant
Maintain plant, PPM, personal and vehicle records
Identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements
To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
Suitable candidates will have to following qualifications and experience
Core CCN1 up to 70kw with Commercial Changeover (CODNC01) for over 70kw
Core COCN1 Commercial over 70kw
Appliances: CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, Pipe-work, ICPN1
Be generally IT literate
Clear communicator both oral and written
