Graduate Sales Consultant

Salary – £17,500 + uncapped commission + fantastic bonus structure and incredible earning potential

Location – Bournemouth

Days – Monday to Friday

Hours – 40 hours p/w, working various shifts between 8am – 8pm

Position – Permanent, full time

Start Date – Monday 2nd February + Monday 23rd February

My client is a large prosperous, dynamic Insurance company based in the heart of Bournemouth who is seeking driven, money hungry candidates to join a friendly, fun, professional team. This position will suit both Graduate entrepreneur’s or experienced, successful Sales people. The majority of your working day will be spent on the telephone talking to customers regarding Insurance policies.

Your responsibilities as Sales Consultant will be:

• Outbound calling warm leads generated via the internet, using industry leading technology, with a view to providing first class level of service and support.
• Applying a refreshing approach to sales you will expected to build rapport with positional customers and demonstrate empathy when dealing with subjects.
• Managing leads provided to you, working through your own account of customers whilst still dealing with new inbound enquiries.
• Understanding the different products and policies in order to assist in the sales process.
• Identifying and implanting solutions, ensuring you continually comply with regulations.

In order to be considered for the position of Sales Consultant you will have the following:

• Previous experience within a Sales environment
• Self motivated, ambitious and determined
• Excellent communication, empathy and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and remain effective
• Thrive on over achieving targets
• Strong positive work ethic and attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage your own workload
• Must be willing to relocate to Bournemouth
