Salary: £23.45 per hour

Clinical Psychologist – Cambridge – Autism Service – Perm

We are looking for an ADOS and ADI-R trained Clinical Psychologist for a permanent position with Mind Professionals’ Autism Diagnostic Service, based in Cambridgeshire.

The service provides NICE compliant diagnostic assessments for children, young people and adults who may have Autism Spectrum Disorder and offers post diagnostic support for those who receive an ASD diagnosis.

Working Pattern – The Service’s current operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08.30am to 5pm but we encourage you to get in touch if you wish to enquire about part time or flexible working.

Job Responsibilities:
– To provide specialist assessments for the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
– To provide consultation and/or training to colleagues
– To provide clinical leadership and clinical and/or management supervision to Assistant Psychologists, as required.
– To utilise clinical skills for audit and service development.

Requirements:
– HCPC registration (essential)
– ADOS and ADI-R training
– 12 months experience of working with Neurodevelopmental/Autism Spectrum Conditions
– Experience of conducting specialist assessments for the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder
– Work experience within an NHS neurodevelopmental service

Role: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (part time considered)
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
Band 7 or 8a equivalent
