Inventory Clerk

Salary: £26,000 per year

Tennial Personnel are seeking a Temporay to permanent Inventory clerk for our client located in Felixstowe. Duties will include the following, Dealing with customer queries via telephone and e-mail, Produce Pre-Advice and Order reports, Allocation of orders and organisation of reports, Scheduling of unloading containers, organising orders out including booking in where necessary, Liaise with client’s regarding order shortages and deliveries, produce KPI documents outlining the Pick and Stock accuracy, Identify issues with the WMS and escalate accordingly, All contract specific tasks
Ensure that all unplanned absences (e.g. sickness) are reported to your Line Manager in accordance to our client’s current process. Ensure punctuality at all times, advising your Line Manager when you are unable to adhere to shift pattern/ meeting attendance.
Advise if you do not have sufficient resources available to enable completion of daily tasks, you will also be able to Support the wider team by continuously improving your skills and knowledge by feeding back to your Line Manager any training/mentoring which would assist with your day to day duties. Along with ensuring the safe keeping for all Company assets under your control.
Support your team with ensuring that their daily responsibilities are carried out in line with Customer and our clients requirements.
Support and assist Stock Control and other central departments as requested.
At all times adhering to both company and HSE protocol.
Travel as and when required to other company or non-company locations to carry out specified tasks or attend meetings/ conferences.
Complete any other administration tasks as requested by Management.
Ideal applicant will have, WMS experience, Intermediate Excel and Familiar with Outlook.
Shift pattern includes Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
