Romanian and Hungarian Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller

Parkside Accounting & Finance are currently seeking a multi lingual Accounts Receivable Clerk for a worldwide family run company based in the heart of Frimley.

This is a great opportunity to join a Shared Service Centre who are expanding month by month. The Romanian/Hungarian speaking credit controller position will be a permanent position within the team.

The working hours will be 8 hours Monday – Thursday (Based on a shift pattern) & half day on Friday.

The responsibilities for the Romanian/Hungarian Speaking Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable clerk are:

Follow procedures for accurate and timely credit collection
Develop, maintain and improve relationships with internal and external customers
Follow established Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrix and guidelines
Analysis, decisions and recommendations of customers credit related matters
Minimise the risk of bad and doubtful debts through credit management best practices
Manage insolvency resolution in conjunction with SSC and local Country management
Provide timely and accurate Credit reporting to relevant audience
Perform Ad Hoc Accounts Receivable activities
Cover for other AR activities as requiredTo be considered for the Romanian/Hungarian Speaking Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable Clerk you must have the following:

Fluent in Romanian/Hungarian and English, both written and oral
Strong experience as a credit controller
Strong experience in credit analysis
SAP experience – Desirable
Process improvement orientation
Excel Experience (V Look Ups & Pivot tables)
Team Player
