Team Manager

** Team Manager – 3 months contract – Northampton – £300day rate LTD/Umbrella – Financial Organisation**
Our client is a Financial Organisation based in Northampton who is looking for an Interim Team Manager on a 3 months contract.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Managing a team of circa 17 contractors and temporary staff within remediation. You will be dealing with the collections and recoveries team within a fast paced environment and be responsible for the coaching and motivation of your team members. You will monitor performance of the team and ensure all targets and compliance regulations are met and that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Experience required
Previous Team Leader/ Team management or similar experience
Previous experience within a financial organisation or similar
Experience of managing a large team advantageous
Proficient in managing within a fast paced environment
Experience within remediation/collections and recoveries/complaints advantageous
Coaching skills desirable
Excellent relationship building skills
Excellent IT Skills ideally within Excel
