Hours: Various Shifts as below up to 39.5 hours per week 

Quartz Recruitment is working with their client to provide them with a member of staff to join their team in the role within customer services for the position of Claims Handler.

Claims Handler Job Description:

We are looking for a Claims Handler to answer inbound and make outbound calls related to claims. Your role will demand excellent written and spoken communication skills. You should be a good listener, with an understanding and empathetic demeanour. You will be expected to have good attention to detail as the role will require methodical data entry when updating records from reports.

Claims Handler Skills Required:

Excellent telephone manner

Clear spoken English

Good written English skills

Excellent numerical skills

Good attention to detail

Empathetic

Computer literate

Good typing speed

Excel Knowledge

Claims Handler Experience Required

A background in customer services will be viewed as a strong plus for any candidate

Claims Handler Roles and Responsibilities

Answering inbound calls

Making outbound calls

Data entry (Updating records from reports and emails)

Administration tasks

Hours for the Claims Handler

The office hours are below, and we are looking for someone to be flexible within those times:-

Monday – Fridays – 08.00 – 21.00 

Saturdays – 09.00 – 21.00

We are also open on a Sunday until 1700

Shifts can vary in the week from 08.00 – 16.00 & 08.00 – 14.00 & 09.00 – 15.00 & 11.00 – 19.00 & 10.00 – 19.00 & 12.30-21.00

Shifts are changeable depending on the business needs.
