The Company:
Our client is a well-established consultancy firm with worldwide presence

Main duties:
To develop and maintain relationship with new clients and partners in order to implement sales growth on the German Market

The Role:
– To develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
– To identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into sales
– To travel and visit clients in German speaking countries and the UK (Up to 50% of the time)
– To gain a good knowledge of the products and promote them to clients
– To assist with the development of marketing strategies
– To liaise with other departments for a smooth running of the sales cycle
– To keep up with the latest standards and produce business reports

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and German (Written & Spoken) is essential
– All of the above languages would be a strong advantage
– Strong experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management
– Proven track record of selling Consulting or Finance services
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level
– Target-driven and strategic attitude
– Proactive and dynamic personality
– Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
– Flexible as travelling will be required (Up to 50% of the time)
– IT literate

The Salary:
£90,000 per year basic salary DOE, £75k pa OTE + benefits (pension scheme, life insurance, childcare)
