Account Executive (Administration)

Permanent Position based in Eastleigh, Southampton

23.5k per annum

Full time, working hours 9am – 5pm

We are working on behalf of a well established, creative publishing based company in Southampton. We are helping to recruit an Account Co-Ordinator to join their team.

The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the sales and creative teams.

Some key role duties include, but are not limited to:

– To provide organised administrative support to the senior sales team in managing the UK customer accounts.
– Updating and maintaining a new CRM system with accurate data entry.
– To respond to new business enquires via email, telephone and website, with support from your line manager.
– To communicate directly via email, telephone and at times face to face with customers to assist with the sales process and maintain good relations.
– To liaise directly via email, telephone and video conference with production company which is based internationally regarding the production process and maintain good relations.
– To chase relevant parties for outstanding artwork, documents and pending decisions.
– Provide exceptional customer service, via all methods of communication, including managing resolution of customer issues.
– There is the potential opportunity to manage specific accounts, achieving sales targets in line with the divisions Sales Strategy.
– Keep customers updated on news, developments and capabilities of the company as required.

This role requires someone who has a experience of working in a fast paced environment and those are highly organised with a methodical approach to work. It would suit an experienced PA, Senior Administrator or Project Co-Ordinator. It would be advantageous if you have creative interests, especially within the marketing or publishing industry.
