Salary: £28,800 – £33,600 per year
Looking for experienced Store Managers / Assistant Manager / Retail Leaders
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN MOBILE PHONES, TECHNOLOGY OR A SIMILAR BRANDED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE RETAILER.
Managers £24-£28k Dependant on location (up to 24k for assistant Managers) plus bonus OTE up to £38k Per annum + Big Company Benefits.
The Role
Working within a cutting edge blue chip company within the technology industry my client is looking for retail Leaders with the natural ability to lead a sales team to deliver challenging sales targets whilst putting the customer at the centre of everything they do.
Looking for a real brand operator with a strong personality you must have run a high-paced blue chip technology business, with a real understanding of how to produce the highest levels of operational excellence, and customer service skills to deliver a branded customer experience.
The person
You must have strong communication skills, coupled with high personal standards and team building skills, you must be self-motivated, structured, and organized with the tenacity to succeed in a high profile challenging role, you must have strong drive coupled with a great sense of humor, and the ability to think outside the box.
You must have high focus on motivating your team, to deliver challenging yet achievable targets with excellent operational standards to run a profitable well-managed operation.
