Our client is an established groundworks contractor based in the Wiltshire. They have grown steadily, profitably and have strong financial reserves. They deliver groundworks packages in Wiltshire and the South West for well-known house builders. They are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to financially manage 2 – 3 residential groundworks packages at any one time. The role will be office-based in Wiltshire. The Quantity Surveyor will:

• Manage CVR’s
• Manage cash flow forecasts
• Managing variations
• Manage subcontract payments
• Settle final accounts

To be considered for the role you’ll have a background with a recognised groundworks contractor in a similar role. The role would suit an established Quantity Surveyor or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor wanting to make the next step.
