Salary: £26,400 – £31,200 per year
Our client is a very thriving, privately owned, specialist engineering and wholesale company who are experts in their field.
They have been successfully operating for many years, employing a skilled and dedicated team of around 50 staff from their manufacturing plant in Norwich.
A further Sales & Customer Service Representative is required to join the friendly team of 5.
The Internal Sales & Customer Service department is responsible for taking enquiries to sale closure and for dealing with customer questions and queries.
Duties will include the following:
* Effective funnel management, receiving and nurturing leads to close through e.g. qualifying, effective follow up, support, design and preparation of quotes and pricing
* Liaising with other teams e.g. engineering design, technical specification or financial details
* Value add questioning and discussion with customer
* General administration duties
You will have experience of working in an engineering, manufacturing or wholesale operation within a sales and or customer service department
.An excellent telephone manner and sound working knowledge of a CRM system is imperative as is team working and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
