We are currently looking for a resilient and positive Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in the Lancing area. The school caters for students aged 4 – 11 years old, who have a wide range of learning needs and difficulties. In this role, you will be working with children with Multiple Learning Difficulties, who require a significant amount of dedicated care and support during their school day.

Must have:
* Commitment to ongoing personal development
* Previous experience working with Special Education Needs is also essential.
* Knowledge or experience working with any special needs
* Resilience and patience with working with students who exhibit challenging behaviour
* Preferred DBS on the update service, DBS can be provided if needed
